Order Cancellation Policy
We take pride in our ability to process orders quickly. Most orders are processed within 12 hours.
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please email us as soon as possible at arbeitkraftlimited@outlook.com.
The vast majority of in-stock items are processed and/or shipped within 12 hours, so it is essential that you contact us within this timeframe if you want us to attempt to cancel your order before it is processed and/or shipped.
No cancellation request can be accepted if the order has already been processed.
Incorrect Address
It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of your shipping address and to contact us promptly if any changes are needed. Any modification can only be made if your order has not yet been processed.
We cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping information. We are also not responsible for orders that are refused or undeliverable (inaccessible addresses, incomplete addresses, etc.).
In such cases, the package may be returned to us, but not always.
If your order is returned to the sender, we will offer you either:
